Rachel and Andrew’s wedding was one of the most relaxed and emotional weddings that I have been to in a long time – two of my very favourite things!
These guys are high school sweethearts, and have travelled New Zealand and abroad together and survived the odd long distance stint apart – Rachel even walked down the aisle to “Hey there Delilah” – a tribute to long distant relationships. Cambridge holds a special place in their hearts as it was where they met – so Sarnia Park was the perfect place for them to get married.
I love that they decided to mix up the ceremony location a bit, positioning themselves well under the amazing canopy of trees that is the cherry blossom lawn.
After some very adventurous hill climbing (in both our photo locations!) we left them to enjoy their evening.
