Castaways wedding photos

Richard and Janet’s wedding day at Castaways had been in the planning stages for years – in fact, we first saw them when we photographed the wedding of Richard’s best man, Jessie, just over 3 years ago.
Being super organized meant they had their pick of everyone – venue, makeup & hair, the band – we were pretty much working with the dream team!
In the morning, both Janet & Richard got ready in the chalets onsite, perfect to cut down on any travel related issues. Another way to cut down on travel related issues… give the guests some signposts to lead the way to the venue. Unfortunately – the boys ended up with one extra sign, and the arrow pointing the wrong way. See if you can spot the fix!
The wind was blowing a gale – in fact, as Janet & her bridesmaids hopped into the car to head down for the ceremony Janet had a little reassuring chant “What do we do when my veil blows off in the wind as I walk up the aisle? … Smile & keep walking!”. Needless to say – it happened.
One of our favourite things about these guys is how expressive they are. The joy on their faces just shines through – we were grinning away the whole way through editing this sneak peek!
